Miniso Egypt offers a flexible return and exchange policy within 14 days of purchase, provided items are in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt. For defective products, the return window is extended to 30 days in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection laws.

  Our team will inspect the product to ensure it is unused, sealed in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.

  Once the item passes the quality check, your return or exchange request will be approved instantly in-store or within 48 hours for online orders.

  Receive Refund

  Refunds are processed via the original payment method; cash payments are refunded in person, while credit card refunds may take 7-14 business days.
